Mindfulness is is a gentle technique for mind training that can help reduce stress, improve your mental and physical health, and even increase your overall happiness in life. As exercise is important for physical wellbeing mindfulness training can help develop mental wellbeing and resiliance.
Mr Sohal has been teaching mindfulness for more than 10 years on a 1:1 and in groups delivering mindfulness-based pain management in the NHS. He also led mindfulness meditation sessions for my NHS colleagues supporting them through the covid pandemic. I am a Breathworks accredited Mindfulness teacher.
